i found the staff friendly and helpful. lucas provided great information for my trip, like where to go and what to see. he even booked a winery tour for me when it was fully booked online. the hotel was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers everywhere.
i did notice that a bar was missing for a five star hotel. the seating area next to the restaurant was quite small, i thought. breakfast was also somewhat basic, i must admit.

the breakfast buffet was lovely and varied each morning. dinner at the hotel one evening was a wonderful experience. hugo at the restaurant provided very helpful recommendations, i thought that was a nice touch.

many famous tourist spots are within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. there is a laundromat a short three minute walk away, i found that useful. plus the rooms are nicely soundproofed.

The staff is incompetent and i found that many facilities either didn't work or were broken. It was a letdown.

the location was acceptable because it was close enough to walk to places.
i found the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor and that was not pleasant. the breakfast was basic, especially when compared to the price i paid to stay here. the staff need more training because their service isnt befitting of a five-star hotel.

The hotel decor impressed me. There were tvs cleverly hidden inside the mirrors! the shower featured steam functionality, a luxurious addition i enjoyed a lot. i found the pillow menu a nice touch, it allowed customization for optimal comfort. the location was quite central. Reaching various points of interest was easy by foot.
I noted the absence of a dedicated bar. The seating area near the restaurant felt small. waiting times for breakfast occurred a lot! the range seemed basic for a five-star hotel, mostly fruit and cakes were available.

The hotel's amenities include a really nice pool and a fantastic spa area. The bed and linen felt great. The room had everything I needed and was VERY comfortable. I appreciated how easy it was to reach everything in this perfect sized hotel. It reminded me of staying at a friend's sumptuous villa.
For a purported five star hotel, the breakfast OPTIONS felt limited, mostly consisting of fruit and cakes.
